We stand by our print quality. If there is a production error on our part (misalignment, color streaks), we will reprint the order free of charge. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Since all orders are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for spelling errors or low-resolution images provided by the client. However, if the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
Your design files and personal data are secure with us. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may keep your design files for up to 1 year to facilitate easy re-ordering.
